put code to color/fill districtButtons into shared service
for FBF replaced 'All wards' by 'All triggered wards'
replaced left-button (with country name) by 'All provinces' (also for CRA)
And instead replaced COUNTRY (in the country-menu) by the current country name. (also for CRA)
