[Dashboard] update colors gender charts

We need to change the color of the gender charts, requested colors are: boy > blue girl > pink other > other color

I have changed the colors. HOwever, on some there is also Blank option. It could be because of the wrong data model or because of "other" is an empty option @corinamarkodimitraki
