[Dashboard] update vaccine list in dashboard

Describe the bug For Nov 2022 in EYS Ath, vaccine entries showing empty vaccine name, see screenshot.

The axis table will probably need to be updated with the new names of vaccines. Note that some vaccines changed to contain multiple vaccines. Have to look more into this with Ioanna.

These are probably the vaccinations that are of a type that was not in the old list. List update in pbi should work.

I asked HRC health to check the list before (the one that is still in the dashboard) and after the pilot (the one that is in espo) and then check which vaccine entry should be named how. Ioanna made the list and sent me the picture below.

Can you @angelinaRC when you have the time, please update according to Ioanna's notes?

What do we do with HZV (option in Espo but not on the list), Pfizer, BCG, COVID-19, PCV 7?

Also, there are a lot more options on Espo (at least in the training version), maybe we should remove them?
