Training objectives
The IT team of the Hellenic RC should be able to maintain the running of the virtual machines on which the health IM and the cashIM EspoCRM systems are runnning.
Training deliverables
An in-person training session of at least 1 day in country.
Training materials e.g. in the form of a ppt with the material of the training given.
Training audience
The audience is the 3-person IT team of the Hellenic RC. We could potentially also include other IM-related people in the NS (ask Jessie).

Linux server management
copy a VM
setup a resource group
setup a network security group (whitelisting, security improvements)
set the right network settings of a VM (open ports etc)
scheduled backups and going back to an older VM version
manage the Azure environment from a admin perspective (granting permissions, users etc)
understand how the financial part works in Azure (set up alerts, monitoring expenses)
monitoring
how to enlarge the disk size
how to make the VM more powerful if it starts to become slow

Training language Preferably in Greek, but in simple English it should also be possible in the presence of a Greek interpreter.
