[Feature] update referrals list in dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment, the dashboard sections below don't show a up to date list of the referrals options available in the health system (see also screenshot):

• "Referrals" > Referrals by gender/age
• "Referrals" > Referral types

User Story As a health lead I want to be able to see in the dashboard the complete list of referrals that are possible to register in the system So that I can report on the number of referrals given per age/gender group and on the referral types

Describe the solution you'd like Update the current list in Referrals in the dashboard with the following options:

• Services for protection issues (HRC, NGO, Public)
• PSS Services (HRC, public)
• Mental health services (public)
• Health services (NGO, public)
• HRC other medical expertise
• Emergency Referral

Additional context Deployed dashboard here. Dashboard file is here. Please make sure that the option "blank" doesn't appear in the dashboard. You can create a new version and upload it in the folder once all the issues on the dashboard (#238 ) are done.I will then replace it in the 510 PowerBI workspace.

@corinamarkodimitraki these are the current options: Does that mean I have to change (delete old ones) as well? That would seem strange as then old data is not well matched anymore.

These are the values currently in the data: Do you want me then to reclassify them to the new categories? Would be good if someone in HRC can do that as I don't know what it all means.
