User Story

As a IFRC Regional Contact person for SafeHOme I want to scope the technical support 510 can provide for the Shelter for Rental project So that I support Lituania RC with roll-out of the IM systems and build capacity locally

### **What needs to be done**
- [ ] Connect with Denisse Solis on the actual need
- [ ] Scope technical support needs
- [ ] Identify if there is budget / project to support with the technical support 
### **Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Tested and reviewed
- [ ] Documented the changes in the appropriate location
- [ ] Handed over to requester

@igortzak I made this card - it can be moved to cash if that makes more sense. But just noted down the work.
