Adding a colum to the HIA UM Google sheets (UX Copy) #430

Context:

More and more districts are putting (Red Cross) workshops on HIA and PA's can contact the Helpdesk to sign up. Adding a column that can be used broader than this (often a lot of information in what do you need to know?)

Suggestion Elwin: is it possible to add a sub-header as part of a header?

I think this issue can be addressed now with the possibility to use Markdown-syntax in several fields/columns.

After: #625

There is still the #moreInfo-column. This can also contain Markdown-content and it will be shown at the bottom of each Offer(-detail)-page. (without any hard-coded heading).
