Change all fonts in all templates to Arial #2

@raymondnijssen tested it on Windows 10 and QGIS 3.4.1: Fonts are not Arial. All fonts are MS Shell Dlg 2 (the default on my setup)

An idea: what if we implement a SIMS user profile that we distribute with the plugin. That way we could customize many of the other parts of the settings, including default font, without messing with the settings of the default user profile. I think that could also help us set up for example stylings of layers, and even QGIS UI itself

That profile might work but we will have to make sure people set that profile while making sims maps. So I would prefer the plugin picking the right font, if available. This is however not easy, with different font names on different OSs.For me it works now, on Linux

Tested again; Fonts are now Arial on Windows 10.
