Use the new IFRC logo #33

Closes #32 As of 2020 the official logo of IFRC has changed. The intention now is to use a single logo in all cases, and without any long texts. The old logos should not be used anywhere. This PR:

adds the new IFRC logo, to be used on all layouts.
removes deprecated logo files and logic
