[Small Ticket / SPIKE] Define SML Context or delete it #150

In the SML Pipeline, we want to move as much as possible the configs to Context, e.g. country. Can we do it and is it useful? If not let's just delete Context.

Context is removed, but created #152 to get rid of hardcoded "country"
