Solana Foundation Delegation Program: self stake wrongly reported #10

Since the new dashboard deployment on during epoch 573, the self stake metric is incorrectly reported. Our validator is receiving delegation from the Solana Fundation, but the dedicated stake account JCLDsnQQfSknNUyvFHCyiakwCpR9rTF9PgXG1o1eN63y is ignored whereas it shares the same authority that my validator vote account.

Before the end of epoch 574, I've switched my authorized withdrawer identity: Transaction ID: 5AnHkFaUMgmr1nmpu4Q8i3CnHuVFgjw65nr7bS5R2p3yq9tnwtQt2EP2ny6EucpwPmYicsrFyqBdf6trK8PHweDm

Issue was fixed for epoch 574 report. Matching stake from SFDP has been activated during epoch 584
