Mainnet Beta validator unavailable due to DC Power Outage. Tried to plan a start on GREEN-HOUSE-5 (testnet) instead, but took more time than expected.

Restart sequence of the validator took 60min. Improvement is required and will lead to the deployment of a new GREEN-HOUSE-6 server
