CPU governor set on high-performance mode with amd-pstate driver set on passive mode

Configured in /etc/default/grub at boot with option:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="amd_pstate=passive"

GRUB bootloader updated:

sudo update-grub
