Destroying Wiki #187

So what’s the story?

Is the wiki going to be restored? Any safeguards so this doesn’t happen again?

Really poor behavior on several fronts today.

Oh just a little drama with one member not coping with the other and member and overreacting. Frustrating, but people are different.

Wiki was not the whole story. The landing page was changed too but that was easy to restore. Im working on restoring wiki which is harder.

I will create a daily remote backup for the wiki later when everything is back.

Wiki is now restored too.

EDIT: I clicked all links and everything seems to work. but if you see any broken links let me know.

Looks like all image links are broken.

Really quite surprised by careyer. He just bombed the whole village to get one guy and took out his friends too...

Not all images but yes some are removed and some are in the other directory perhaps it was renamed. Strange though I have reverted all the deletion commits but the images are still not there. Or alternatively github cannot revert the images as they are on the githubusercontent.com part of the platform. But they are in the caches in different paces so it is recoverable in some way.

Yeah he did it, I hope he did not mean it and that it could have had such consequences.

Let me know which images are missing, I will send them to you. I would rather like you to respect my wish not to use images I solely created myself - however I understand that this would mean breaking the license. Maybe you can agree with all others not to use that content. That would resolve this issue I guess. I would really appreciate this. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I just tried to be compliant in a way so that our master can finally find piece of mind.

I am also sorry that you are busy now tidying up what Rodizios behaviour caused in the first place. Forgive me! It iritates me to see he doesn't have the guts to fix it himself. I will send you a link to the backuped Wiki content to download from my server. Handle this how you think it fits and how you can match it with your conscience.

Thanks for joining in here. I have restored a bunch of it now and there is one more dir left. I will let you know if there will be I could not find.
