highline requires 1.9.3 #287

We've been using librarian-puppet 1.0.3 with Ruby 1.8.7 without a problem until yesterday. Suddenly librarian puppet reported that highline requires ruby 1.9.3. I verified that indeed two days ago the highline project removed support for ruby 1.8.7. We solved the problem by installing highline 1.6.0 before installing librarian-puppet and things continued to work smoothly. But it might be a good idea to anchor the highline version to 1.6.0.
