It appears that although we are going to fix PMT to allow for LFNs (Long File Names) you will need likely also need to implement a similar fix at https://github.com/rodjek/librarian-puppet/blob/cdfffce57aed1a1a1ab15762f1e14c93dbc4034b/lib/librarian/puppet/source/forge/repo.rb#L111.
