Small planet approximation #12

We can improve on small-planet approximation by handling uniform surface brightness disk exactly, and then approximating each of the z^n factors during ingress/egress. We should also figure out how to compute the derivatives accurately (or use auto-diff).

Do people still use the small planet approximation?

I used it in the KOI 3278 paper, and it worked well.
