[x] In the tests/ directory, modify the test scripts to run as unit tests for the julia code.

Tests for analytic gradient of transit_poly.jl are failing near b~0, r>1; not fixed yet.

Fixed, and now tests run fine with atol = 1e-8. It would be good to further improve precision, but this is extremely good already.
