Notation in limb dark paper #20

For the new expressions I've derived in the appendix, I've continued to use the s_n notation, but redefined it for each s_n to apply to z^n. This confuses things, though, since the derivation in section 4 is based on the s_n from starry. Maybe we could define \Lambda^n, and then relate these functions to s_n?

Also, in sections 4 and 5 we define a vector of coefficients c_n which mean two different things.

I've also added some new notation to the uniform and linear limb-darkening sections that needs to be unified (A_{lens}, \Lambda^e, which are related).

I've changed s_n -> S_n and c_n -> d_n.
