Notation problem: m=k^2 vs. m of spherical harmonic #38

I noticed that we use m in different sections to mean two different things: m=k^2 in the elliptic integrals, while m is also the magnetic quantum number for the spherical harmonics.

I've changed this m to m_k to differentiate it from the m used in labelling the spherical harmonics.
