Modernize package #91

Move all include's to module file.
Add a test Project.toml
Replace deprecated functions.
Change arrays in flux computation to column-major ordered.

@langfzac Nice work! Could you check that the column major format for the flux array is compatible with the code which generates the figures for the paper?

@ericagol Ah, I did not think about this. I'll go through and make the changes. It should have only affected the figure scripts that use the full integrated routines.
