added ppm calc printing to observe() method #32

Finding that Figure 15 (JWST b-c PPO) is ~174 ppm, Figure 16 (JWST stacked) is ~78 ppm, and Figure 17 (OST b-c PPO) is ~24 ppm.

Might want to add ppm annotation to the bottom right of all these noised lightcurve plots?
