Test code on eccentric, inclined orbits #67

@dflemin3 Can you give this a shot if you have time? Comparing to batman should be enough -- I just want to make sure that our light curves agree for different values of ecc, w, Omega, inc, tref, and lambda0.

@dflemin3 Hey Dave, do you have time to work on this? I changed the convergence tolerance for the Kepler solver, so I'm interested in how we do in terms of speed/accuracy for moderate/high eccentricities when compared to batman.
