Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There's just no icons for either site. It makes it a bit annoying if someone wanted to include links to either site so people visiting their site can support them.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd just like to see Patreon and Ko-Fi icons to be added.

Thanks for the feedback. The icons are based on those used in react-social-icons. Would you be able to add Patreon and Ko-Fi to that repo, then I can update this repo. Instructions are here
