As a Developer, I would like Instrumented Tests to be run every build, So I may prevent breaking builds sooner in the cycle

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Whenever a PullRequest is opened or updated Instrumented Tests are executed as part of the pipeline
• [ ] InstrumentedTest Coverage is reported on the Sonarqube Analysis
