Add specific integration for light chains QC #20

Create an option specific to light chains, this would call an LC_report.Rmd instead of a HC. Or the processing of LC is in the same file but there is a conditional argument somewhere to do that. The first option is easier but much of the code is reused so I would prefer to try to avoid copy and pasting similar chunks of code.

At the moment, the user should just change the raw_length and trim_finish based on their amplicon length.
