Doc: fix use of *Opts() function examples in UI #17

Hi, while fiddling around with this library I got confused why I couldn't create an additional window after I took the example from the doc. Then I noticed the differences to the example from the README. Adjusting it and it worked. Took then the liberty to correct the doc in case of the examples. Hope that is okay.
