Change default INPUT_VOLTAGE #351

Most users are powering APM through the servo rail. When doing so the Vcc
value seen by the uP is reported by a user to be 4.58 volts.

Need to verify this and change default value of INPUT_VOLTAGE accordingly.

I think this is a report stemming from this forum thread:

On my own set up, measuring Vcc at the magnetometer port gave me 4.46v

Bummer. I was hoping the voltage drop from the rail would be more consistent.
I guess I'll have to get some sample data from Jordi.
