Add a Heading/Course option to the takeoff and land commands. #369

Feature that you'd like us to add or change you'd like us to make:

It would be very useful to be able to specify the course used during takeoff 
and landing, instead of having the course locked in automatically.  Preferably, 
this would be added as a variable to the command in the mission planner.

Future feature for take-off.

How would a specified course for landing work?  Currently the track line from 
the next to last waypoint to the landing waypoint (and its extension beyond, if 
necessary) is used.  What would you expect to happen if you specified some 
other direction?
