APM Mission Planner Crashes on startup #385

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start APM Mission Planner v1.0.40

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Windows XP Professional edition

Please provide any additional information below.
When I try to start APM mission planner, splash screen appears and then it 
crashes before splash screen disappears.

I've just tried starting software in command line.
I get an error message telling me that System.core is missing.

Solved : it was just necessary to download .net framework v3.5
