Template does not compile #3

Created a new project by using the Template project.

I get build errors, and even if I fix some of them, it does not find GLuint, 
etc.

I am compiling in Windows XP VS 2008.

Old bug. Template CMake projects tested working now. Visual Studio-only 
templates removed.
