Create a nuxt project

[kuroski]

In this PR:

• Add a frontend module built with Nuxt
• Add basic e2e tests
• Change the usability of some screens to better attend the patients

In this module, several problems are fixed regarding the first frontend module and also introducing Nuxt to the project for:

• contentions
• better scalability
• possibility to SSR in the future if it makes sense
