Route uploaded without attributes

Sometimes the routes are uploaded without any attributes.

The last time this happened was for a pending track. This issue should be solved as quickly as possible, as the attributes are fundamental to further analyze the routes.

After some tests, it was determined that in fact the attributes are not uploaded in the case of pending tracks.

The repository used by the RouteCache was not prepared to handle the storage of attributes. The solutions was to modify the storage, getters and setters to handle the field.
