Inject endpoint on RasperClient::Client to permit https or a specific endpoint url #3

Now, anyone can make the config they need on their own server to fit rasper_server. The only thing they need to do is to pass the endpoint correctly. If we have any namespace instead of only a url and port, URI.parse will take care of if.

Hi Thiago, thanks for the contribution and sorry for the long delay...

Some tests failed here. Is there some gem or system dependency I should install? Please follow the link for the test log.
