Toggle vibrate #22

Would it be possible to add a command for toggling vibrate? Or maybe add it to 
the volume steps that currently exist. I've seen scripts that do this, but I 
would like to see it added to the program itself.

We only need an icon to choose between vibrate-sound on-sound off. Isn't it?

It work perfectly on my WM 6.0 Kaiser.
