Req: an easy way to create an icon that opens a webpage #26

I'd really like an easy option to create an icon that goes to a specified web 
page (with the default browser). I think it can be done with third-party tools, 
but it would be awesome if "web page" were an option when creating a new icon. 
It would make iPT even closer to being "complete" than it already is.
