Adjust blank row #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. delete all the 4th row icons in main screen
2. restart
3. 4th row(blank row) still there
4. Enter into the option, exit, and save. Then 4th row's gone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WM6.1 & ver1.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I have a Spb travel(weather) in top of the today scrren. That's why I use 
only three row in main screen.

I cannot reproduce your bug. Could you post some screenshots after each one of 
your 
steps?

Your problem is the scrollbar on the right (1st photo). Go to options->general 
and 
adjust the today item height for both orientations (portrait and landscape).
