Fix twitter login error

actually, after further testing, there's still some issue: the library generates a token, but will expire as soon as one clicks on the Twitter Connect button again. It means that for a few hours the Twitter Connect will fail until a new valid token is made? I'm not sure why this is happening. The only way to get rid of the error is to wait a few hours or reitinitialize the plugin or the Twitter settings. This is the error I'm getting from Twitter:

"The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake."

@thenbrent you'd better put a warning on Wordpress repository stating you no longer support the plugin and you're actively looking for a new curator.
