Vehicle interaction forces in Social Force Model #98

This is a small PR to incorporate a vehicle-interaction force in the Social Force Model calculation for pedestrians in Pedestrian.py.

To test, run python3.8 GSServer.py -s scenarios/pedestrian_scenarios/gs_intersection_xwalk_signal.osm. Vehicle stops in crosswalk and SP pedestrian must walk around it.
