Manjaro OEM Install script not working on `minimal` image #2

OEM Install script fails with an error about an unknown terminal. This is caused by the TERM variable being incorrectly set at /etc/systemd/system/getty@tty1.service.d/autologin.conf. This file is created by Manjaro ARM tools. PR needs to be sent there to fix it.
