Dependent Fields not working #15

Steps Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Templates'
  2. Select 'Dependent' template
  3. Go to form editor
  4. Click on 'Browser' button
  5. Fill the suggest 'Countries' set Bolivia
  6. Js error appears Error in callback for watcher "search": "TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined"

Expected behavior The dependent field must work
