Notarize only final pkg #30

It is my understanding that only the pkg needs to be notarized and stapled.

Everything executable in it just needs to be codesign'd with timestamp and hardened runtime.

For the folding@home pkg, the binaries are just signed. The pkg is signed, notarized, and stapled.
