Make knowls more prominent #882

The difference between a link and a knowl is very subtle and thus not appealing for a new user to click on it.

I'm planning to add "Click blue captions for more details. Asterisks denote required items." on to top of https://researchseminars.org/edit/seminar/?shortname=foobar and modify the knowl tooltips to "click to expand"
