Add zh locale #15

Hi Aidan, I've created a branched named "add-zh-locale" and rebased it onto your most recent commit, as you have suggested. The Chinese locale is tailored to the Paiwan language, so I might need to change some tiny things here and there. If you need help, let me know.

Thanks for this @howard-haowen !! I've gone ahead and just cherry-picked the commits that are necessary here: https://github.com/roedoejet/AnyLanguage-Wordle/pull/16 so I'll use that instead to cut down on the number of commits I'm merging in that have to do with Paiwan. Thanks so much for posting this!
