Implement the commands

[x] SELECT_MAESTRO
[x] GET_PROCESSING_OPTIONS
[x] READ_RECORD
[x] COMPUTE_SIGN_CHALLENGE

roelderickx commented 2 years ago

COMPUTE_SIGN_CHALLENGE always returns a failure to determine the sign challenge features, not clear what it should do. Closing this issue until this message is actually required.
