Launch for online mode #42

I thought that we could add an icon to launch the "mode-online" in the menu of applications.

The application launch requires to add %sudo ALL=(root)NOPASSWD:/usr/local/bin/inklingreader in the archive /etc/sudoers for greater comfort

Could you please make your changes in a single commit and use a proper commit message, along the lines of: "Add a desktop launcher for online-mode"?
