The Master branch is development work and not guaranteed at any point - It should only ever be used on a development/test environment. The MASTER branch is now being developed on Mdl3.1 and while testing will be maintained on 3.0 prior to any updated releases in the plugins database, the MASTER branch cannot be guaranteed at any stage. This links to Issue#58 (I think) WHEN editing is on (need to check if thats a factor, but when editing is off and the following conditions apply then region width = 0 anyway so not displaying) AND no content in side-post... It is displaying as part of region-main with no flexicontainerpost class being added, so not coming from proper theme block renderer, so where is it coming from? ALSO check what happens with side-pre - hmm, with editing on though side-pre is default region and will have add a block in it so will never be empty.
