Error when forcing a password change. #91

Moodle: 3.0.1+ (Build: 20151231) Flexibase: v3.2.0e 2016062200

I actually can't believe this is a bug, since it has been around for a while and someone must have experienced it.

Thanks Derek - in Flexibase its https://github.com/roelmann/moodle-theme_flexibase/blob/master/layout/includes/awesomebarinc.php#L40 to make the same change
