Support for number+suffix ordinals #27

It would be nice to be able to convert from a number into a number+suffix ordinal, e.g 1st, 2nd,3rd` etc.

An ugly hack would be (for English) to take the last 2 characters of the ordinal form and append those to the number.

The ordinal form with digits exists in multiple languages. I think all those forms are variations on the same idea. How would we call this form? Ordinal suffix?

So the wikipedia page has 1 and one for cardinal, and 1st and first for ordinal. So perhaps "ordinal numeric", (and then "cardinal numeric" would be the usual show, although adding cardinal numeric itself would probably be redundant). "ordinal suffix" also seems reasonable.
