100% CPU after rebooting mac after getting "connection error" popup #110

Error message:

Connection error

failed to connect to server: connection error: desc = "transport: error while dialing: dial tcp{::1]:50053: connect: connection refused

As this was a reboot the previously used local server was not yet running
